	Immediately, I knew he was a guy I didn't want to lose track of as he was one of the best. He is extremely personable and well liked by everyone, and became one of our superstars in the field. His aggressive sales skills, coupled with his engaging personality, enable him to gain the trust of his customers immediately. Not only is Jim a great sales person, but he is one of the most technically equipped students that ever came through. His fundamental knowledge of gear, and modern technology in general, is as good as you will find anywhere. He has strong technical knowledge of analog and digital technologies, and he was way ahead of the rest of the internet world with Prodigy. He introduced me to it around 1990.
